Land Use Plan
What is a
Land Use Plan?
Nash County is drafting a new Land Use Plan to replace the 2006 Land Development Plan.
It will address and guide anticipated growth in a way that will preserve community character, foster economic development, and recognize the County’s natural and cultural assets.
Extensive public participation is a key component of the Nash County Comprehensive Plan update and we want to hear from you throughout the process. Your thoughts, ideas, and participation are vital for the success of this effort. Over the course of the project, we will host several public meetings where we will ask for your input and feedback on the Plan as it is developed.
We want to hear from you!
